Divanshu Kumar is the co-founder and CEO of Involve. Hailing from Gaya, Bihar, Divanshu's early schooling in a low-budget private school, often lacking teachers, shaped his commitment to educational reform. At IIT Madras, he joined the Avanti Fellows program, mentoring underprivileged students and discovering the transformative power of peer-driven learning. Inspired by this, he co-founded Involve in 2017, piloting the model in his alma mater school in Delhi. Divanshu's leadership has earned him national and international recognition, including an award from the Prime Minister of India and selection as a top young entrepreneur by the Singapore International Foundation. He is a serial entrepreneur, also co-founding Alcheme Robotics, and has served as an advisor to student startups at IIT Madras.
