Nishanth Raja is the Founder of XYMA Analytics Pvt Ltd, Chennai, where he manufactures ultrasonic waveguide sensors enhanced with process models and data analytics on a common Industrial IoT platform for manufacturing and process industries.
Raja has led XYMA Analytics for over six years, driving innovation in industrial automation and sensor technology. The company specializes in developing sensors for high-temperature measurement and condition monitoring of complex pipe structures using guided wave techniques.
His extensive research background includes roles as Postdoctoral Researcher and Project Officer at IIT Madras, and Senior Research Fellow at the Fluid Control Research Institute (FCRI), where he specialized in pneumo-hydraulic power generation systems for nuclear, aerospace, and oil & gas industries. Raja holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from Anna University, NDT Level II certification, and the NASSCOM DeepTech Club badge, reflecting his deep expertise in ultrasonic guided waves and industrial sensor technology.
