Sarvesh Agrawal is the Founder and CEO of Internshala. Before launching Internshala in 2010, he gained experience in business analytics and management roles at Capital One, Barclays Bank, and Aviva plc. Sarvesh's vision for Internshala was sparked by a moment of reflection during his final year at IIT Madras, inspiring him to create a platform that would empower students with real-world work experience. He began Internshala as a simple WordPress blog, running it single-handedly with a team of interns for the first three years, and gradually transformed it into India's largest internship and skilling platform.
